You should be able to use our website.

Effective Date: May 31, 2026

Archi FX LLC is committed to making https://archifx.com accessible and usable for as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities. We recognize that website accessibility is an ongoing process involving design, development, content, testing, maintenance, third-party tools, browser behavior, assistive technologies, and changing standards.

For purposes of this Accessibility Statement, “Archi FX,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Archi FX LLC. “You,” “your,” “visitor,” “client,” “customer,” or “user” refers to any person or business that visits our website, submits information, uses our services, or interacts with any Archi FX system.

This Accessibility Statement applies to archifx.com and may also describe our general approach to websites, landing pages, dashboards, client portals, custom tools, and other digital systems created or supported by Archi FX.

1. Our Accessibility Goal

Archi FX aims to provide a website experience that is usable, readable, navigable, and reasonably accessible to users with different abilities, devices, browsers, and assistive technologies.

Our goal is to make reasonable efforts to support accessibility principles such as:

• Clear page structure.
• Readable text.
• Reasonable color contrast.
• Keyboard navigability.
• Descriptive link text.
• Useful page headings.
• Alternative text where appropriate.
• Logical content order.
• Consistent navigation.
• Accessible form labels where practical.
• Responsive layouts.
• Compatibility with modern browsers and common assistive technologies.
• We understand that accessibility is not a one-time task. It requires ongoing attention as websites change, content is added, software is updated, third-party tools are embedded, and accessibility standards evolve.

2. Standards and Guidelines

Archi FX uses accessibility best practices as a general guide, including principles from the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, commonly known as WCAG.

Where practical, we strive to follow accessibility principles related to perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust web content.

However, unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement, Archi FX does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that archifx.com, any client website, any custom dashboard, any software tool, any document, any video, any embedded third-party system, or any digital deliverable fully conforms to WCAG, ADA, Section 508, EN 301 549, or any other specific accessibility law, regulation, or technical standard.

Accessibility compliance can require formal auditing, manual testing, assistive technology testing, legal review, remediation work, ongoing monitoring, and continuing maintenance.

3. Ongoing Efforts

Archi FX may take reasonable steps to improve accessibility over time, including:

• Reviewing website structure.
• Improving heading order.
• Improving text readability.
• Improving contrast where practical.
• Adding or improving alternative text.
• Improving button and link clarity.
• Testing basic keyboard navigation.
• Reviewing forms.
• Fixing identified accessibility issues.
• Monitoring major layout changes.
• Considering accessibility during redesigns.
• Updating content formatting.
• Reviewing third-party tools when practical.
• Responding to accessibility feedback.
• These efforts may be prioritized based on severity, technical feasibility, business needs, available resources, third-party limitations, and the nature of the affected content or feature.

4. Known Limitations

Although Archi FX works to support accessibility, some parts of archifx.com or related systems may not be fully accessible at all times.

Limitations may result from:

• Third-party plugins.
• Third-party widgets.
• Embedded videos.
• Social media embeds.
• Maps.
• Analytics scripts.
• Advertising scripts.
• Forms.
• CRM integrations.
• Scheduling tools.

5. Third-Party Content and Tools

archifx.com may use or link to third-party platforms, tools, embeds, scripts, plugins, videos, maps, analytics systems, advertising systems, forms, scheduling tools, payment tools, social media platforms, or other external services.

Archi FX does not control every aspect of third-party accessibility.

Third-party content and tools may not fully conform to accessibility standards and may change without notice. Their accessibility is governed by their own design, development, policies, and technical practices.

Where practical, Archi FX may attempt to choose, configure, or recommend third-party tools with accessibility in mind. However, Archi FX is not responsible for accessibility failures caused by third-party systems, vendor changes, embedded tools, platform limitations, external websites, plugins, scripts, or integrations outside our direct control.

6. Client Websites and Client Systems

Archi FX may design, develop, maintain, or support websites, landing pages, dashboards, portals, applications, forms, content, and digital systems for clients.

Unless a signed written agreement specifically includes accessibility auditing, accessibility remediation, legal accessibility compliance, formal WCAG testing, or ongoing accessibility monitoring, accessibility-specific services are not included by default.

Clients are responsible for:

• Determining their legal accessibility obligations.
• Requesting accessibility-specific services.
• Obtaining legal advice when needed.
• Reviewing their website for accessibility concerns.
• Approving content and design.
• Maintaining accessible content after launch.
• Providing accessible media, documents, and materials.
• Reviewing third-party tools.
• Maintaining accessibility statements where appropriate.
• Responding to user accessibility requests.
• Maintaining ongoing accessibility monitoring if required.
• Archi FX may assist with accessibility improvements when requested, but such work may require a separate scope, estimate, timeline, audit, remediation plan, or maintenance agreement.

7. No Legal Advice

Archi FX is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice regarding accessibility, ADA compliance, WCAG conformance, disability rights law, Section 508, state accessibility laws, international accessibility laws, demand letters, lawsuits, settlement agreements, or regulatory obligations.

Any accessibility-related content, recommendations, statements, disclaimers, testing notes, or website improvements provided by Archi FX are for general digital design, development, and business purposes only.

Clients and website owners should consult qualified legal counsel to determine their specific accessibility obligations.

8. No Guarantee of Complete Accessibility

Digital accessibility is technical, subjective in some areas, and affected by many variables. Even websites that have been audited or remediated may later develop accessibility issues due to content changes, plugin updates, code changes, platform changes, browser changes, third-party changes, or user environment differences.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archi FX does not guarantee that:

• Every page is fully accessible.
• Every feature works with every assistive technology.
• Every color combination satisfies every contrast requirement.
• Every document is accessible.
• Every video has captions or transcripts.
• Every third-party plugin is accessible.
• Every interactive feature is accessible.
• Every form will work with every assistive technology.
• Every user will have the same experience.
• Every future update will preserve accessibility.
• Every legal accessibility obligation is satisfied.
• Archi FX makes reasonable efforts where practical, but accessibility requires ongoing review, maintenance, and cooperation.

9. User Feedback

Archi FX welcomes accessibility-related feedback about archifx.com.

If you experience difficulty accessing content, using a feature, submitting a form, reading text, navigating a page, or interacting with any part of archifx.com, you may contact us and describe the issue.

When contacting us, please include as much detail as reasonably possible, such as:

• The page or URL where the issue occurred.

Where reasonably feasible, Archi FX may attempt to provide the information, service, or communication through an alternative method, such as email, phone, text, document, or direct communication.

Alternative access will depend on the nature of the request, the information involved, technical feasibility, security considerations, available resources, and applicable law.

11. Response to Accessibility Requests

Archi FX will make reasonable efforts to review accessibility-related requests or reports.

Response time may vary depending on:

• The complexity of the issue.
• The affected technology.
• The need for third-party support.
• The severity of the issue.
• The availability of technical resources.
• The need for investigation.
• The scope of the requested change.
• Whether the issue is controlled by Archi FX or by a third-party provider.
• Submitting an accessibility request does not guarantee that every requested change can be made, but Archi FX will consider reasonable, feasible improvements.

12. Accessibility and Maintenance

Accessibility can degrade over time if a website is not maintained.

New content, design changes, plugin updates, CMS changes, JavaScript changes, image uploads, videos, documents, third-party embeds, and client edits can introduce new accessibility issues.

For client websites, ongoing accessibility review is not included unless expressly stated in a signed maintenance or accessibility agreement.

If a client cancels maintenance, removes Archi FX access, edits the website, changes plugins, changes themes, changes platforms, replaces content, adds new third-party tools, or hires another provider, Archi FX is not responsible for any resulting accessibility issues.

13. Documents, PDFs, Media, and Downloads

• Captions.
• Transcripts.
• Audio descriptions.
• Accessible tables.
• Accessible links.
• Proper reading order.
• Manual remediation.
• Unless a signed written agreement specifically includes accessible document remediation, Archi FX does not guarantee that documents, PDFs, media files, graphics, videos, or downloadable files are fully accessible.

14. Browser and Assistive Technology Compatibility

Archi FX generally aims to support modern browsers and common devices.

Accessibility behavior may vary depending on:

• Browser version.

By using archifx.com, you acknowledge that accessibility is an ongoing process and that websites, dashboards, custom tools, client portals, third-party systems, documents, media, and digital services may not be fully accessible in every circumstance.

Archi FX makes reasonable efforts to support accessibility where practical, but does not guarantee complete accessibility, legal compliance, uninterrupted access, or compatibility with every assistive technology, browser, device, plugin, script, third-party service, or user configuration.
